You should feel good about calling me at any hour of the day.
 

If its a problem with something at the hostel (Electricity, heating, computers, Alarms, Doors, Gas or anything else) just call me or text me using the volunteers phone.

If you need me to talk with guests during check-in or at any other time - feel free to call or text me.

If you make a mistake with the system or while using the tablets - Please let me know about the mistake asap so i can look into it.
