welcome the guests and ask if they have a reservation with us and check in the system to see what room they booked.
(If they dont have a reservation it should be
treated as a "walk in")

Ask the guests to leave their bags near the reception for the time being and start the tour. Make sure you know what is important to show and tell.

After the tour go back to reception desk with the guests and complete the check-in and payment. Always follow all steps and in the right order.

Make sure to always give back the ID/Passport and the credit card if paid by card!
